About

Jeremy VanDelinder is a pastor, strategist, and disciple-maker with over 25 years of ministry and leadership experience. After serving for a decade on pastoral staff in Florida, Jeremy and his team planted North Hills Baptist Church in Round Rock, Texas in 2011, where he served as Lead Pastor until the congregation recently joined forces with another local church. His ministry has always emphasized intentional discipleship, strategic leadership development, and building sustainable systems that strengthen both churches and their people.

Alongside pastoral ministry, Jeremy has served his community extensively through crisis intervention and chaplaincy. With a background as an EMT, firefighter, and public safety officer, he has dedicated more than two decades to emergency services, later focusing on crisis intervention and stress management for first responders. He currently serves as Chaplain for the Hutto Fire Department and Texas Task Force One (Urban Search and Rescue).

Jeremy is the co-author of Triumph Over Trauma (released July 2025), a book that equips individuals and leaders to understand trauma and build resilience. His entrepreneurial drive has also led him to launch and lead organizations such as First Responder Restoration & Construction, as well as engage in real estate investing, always with a vision of helping people rebuild after loss.

A graduate of Bob Jones University (B.A. in Pastoral Studies) and Northland International University (M.Min. in Pastoral Ministry), Jeremy is passionate about equipping leaders, strengthening churches, and shepherding people toward Christ. He and his wife, Jennifer, have been married for 25 years and have two daughters, Joanna and Julia. Outside of ministry, he enjoys music, reading, and time with his family.
